FIRST LETTER "A" IN "AGAINST"

"This letter embodies my message as an artist within the black community and police brutality. The letter references "She Matters" which is a message that reminds people to also bring attention to the black women dying from police brutality, domestic violence, and other acts of aggression. The letter is set in an ombre blue background. There are two women in the bottom corners with halos around them reminiscent of the old religious paintings of the renaissance period. As we move up, there are vines with Black Eyed Susan's and peaches to symbolize justice in the south. "She Matters" is also found with the female symbol in the bridge of the A for emphasis on black females and their fight for equality and justice."
