For this project, I was expected to make a ball bounce and had to add a special surprise at the end. I immediately knew I wanted to incorporate fruit into my project; an orange is similar in shape to a circle, so that’s why I chose that piece of fruit to be the ball. I thought it would interesting to have the ball roll in some way, so using the banana allowed me to do just that. As for the surprise, I wanted the orange to hop off the counter and be eaten by something, so I made the dinosaur-like character. I haven’t had much experience with Photoshop, so it was a learning process. The most difficult thing about this project for me was the timing and positioning of the ball on each layer; drawing an invisible line to guide the bounces was an incredible help in making everything flow properly.
